NOTE: There is a TARGETED MOVE-IN SCHEDULE! Please refer to the color coated targeted floor plan link above to determine your scheduled move-in time.
Adherence to the targeted move in schedule is of the utmost importance. If you have equipment that requires special needs, i.e., forklift, crane, etc., or who have a problem with their targeted move in time please
contact, Suzanne Gregory, or feel free to call 303-998-9529.
DISMANTLING AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS:

• Empty crates and cartons will be returned beginning Sunday, October 30, 3:00 pm
• All carriers must check-in no later than Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 10:00 am.
• All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Tuesday, November 1 by 12:00 Noon
**Please note that aisle carpet will be removed first, and then empty crates and cartons will be returned.
